Mr. Joe F. Bell, 82, passed away August 7, 2016. Mr. Bell was a self employed commercial roofer and was loved by all his family. He leaves to cherish his memories eight daughters: Sylvia McHenry, Sherry Hayden, Debra (AL) Black, Marilyn (Reginald) Scott, Phyllis Lewis, Shelia Bell, Tonya Franklin, April (Reginald) Jones. One son: Melvin C. Bell, two brothers: James Brown, Gene (Marva) Brown, one sister: Pearlean Bouk, twenty-five grandchildren, forty-one great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, family friend: Marjorie Brown and a host of other family and friends. He was proceeded in death by his wife Ezra Bell, his mother, Esteam Burrell, his father Tom Davis Bell.
