L.C. Noble, 82, of Texarkana, Texas, departed this life Thursday, July 21, 2011 in a local nursing home. He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters: Jessie M. Fields, Naomi Titus, and Alice Faye Williams (Cecil); one brother, Samuel Lee Noble (Virginia); and a special niece, Ruthie Mae Dunn (Rev. Peter Dunn).
