Chauncey Reginald Coleman was born on May 27, 1964, to Opal Wright and Charles “Slim” Coleman in Texarkana, TX. He departed this life at the age of sixty-one on December 14, 2025, at his residence.

He was a loving son, brother, father, husband, and grandfather. He loved the Pittsburg Steelers, Frankie Beverly & Maze and his Texas High School Tigers. Chauncey was employed at Red Lobster for 29 years before he retired.

Chauncey was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Jessie Wrightner; and brother, Terry Coleman.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

Along with special cousin, Eric (Tamiko) Poe, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. And all of his brothers & sisters from the THS class of 1983.
