Eddie Mae Anthony passed away on February 21, 2026. She was born June 14, 1932 in New Boston, Texas to the parents of Leroy and Ophelia Barlow. She worked several jobs in her lifetime. She was known for her desire to help others. She confessed Christ at an early age. She loved praising God and singing gospel songs.

She was preceded in death by her parents (Leroy & Ophelia Barlow), her husband (Albert Anthony), two sons Johnnie Ray Butler and Calvin Butler, three brothers and five sisters.

Those left to cherish her memories are children: Shirley(Ken) Nelson, Lawrence Butler, Jimmie (Odale) Butler, Roy(Kim) Butler, Charles(Pam) Butler, LaVerna Watson, Greg Anthony and Janice Anthony. Her siblings: Roy(Patricia) Barlow and Erma Henderson. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildern,and nieces and nephews will aslo cherish her memories.
