Dorothy Ann Grissom, age 80, was born on November 30, 1945, to Guy Revels and Dorothy Mae Cretton in Magnolia, Arkansas. Dorothy peacefully departed this earthly life into the arms of a loving Savior on March 30, 2026.

Dorothy worked in the health care field for several years. She loved the outdoors, flowers and especially people. She enjoyed car rides, music and garage sales. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her siblings: one sister, Johnnie Mae Kabia and one brother, Ray Broomfield; one son, Charles Grisson Jr.; one daughter, Lorene Sargeant.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Grissom  (Texarkana, AR); siblings, Patrick Sargeant (Texarkana, TX), Bryan Beal (Texarkana, TX); Yolanda Beal (Dallas, TX); Demond (Matoeka) Watson (Battle Creek, MI); along with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
