JoAnn Jones was born September 8, 1960, to Willie and Corine Prim in Texarkana, Texas.

On Monday, June 22, 2027, she entered her final rest in AVIR Facility in Texarkana, Texas.

She completed high school at Texas Senior High School in Texarkana, Texas. She was a 1979 graduate.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Corine Prim; brothers, George Prim and Lee Arthur Prim; and sisters, Katherine Jones Hawkins and Rosie Lee Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory a sister, Mary Coulter of Lockesburg, Arkansas; brother-in-law, Terry Wayne Coulter of Mineral Springs, Arkansas – “30 years”; sister, Lillian Inez Prim; brother, Bennie Rae Prim (Mae) of Texarkana, Texas; special nephew, Lonnie C. Coulter II of Mineral Springs, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
