Obituary of James Fitzgerald Owens

Mr. James F. Owens was born on July 10, 1965 in Ashdown, Arkansas.  He passed away on May 20, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his wife Shonterra Marks- Owens and his father James Owens Sr. He was a faithful member of the Eleventh Street Baptist Church. He was employed with the Texas Department of Transportation. He leaves to cherish his memories:

Sisters: Felecia Covington of San Diego, CA. Rhonda & (Michael) Howard of Killeen, TX. Leslie & (Hector) Martyr of Killeen, TX.
