Noble Lee Williams, 70, of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015, at his home. Mr. Williams was born May 11, 1945, in Texarkana. He was a retired custodian with Cooper Tire and a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. His survivors include four sons, Tony Williams of Dallas, Isaac Collins and Noble Dancer of Texarkana and Michael Dancer of Allen, Texas; four daughters, Celestine Hendrix of Garland, Texas, Tara Rumadha of Grand Prairie, Texas, Wanda Corneilous of Little Rock and Sheronda Williams of Texarkana; one brother, Joseph Williams; one sister, Joann Washington; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Mr. Williams' services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Online registration is at richardsonhillfuneralhome.com
