Gracie Walker Larkins of Texarkana, Texas, passed away on October 5, 2023. Born to Henry Clay, Sr. and Ida May-Walker in Oran, Arkansas, she was a graduate of "The Walker School" in Clow, Arkansas, founded by her paternal grandparents.




Member of St. Peter C.M.E. Church in Ozan and Miles Chapel C.M.E. Church in Texarkana, Arkansas.




Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert, Henry Clay Jr., Jesse; sisters, Cora Nelson, Virginia DeShay, Minnie Green, Girldene Taylor, Oree Boyd, Maple Walker.




Survived by brother-in-law Rev. Dr. James Larkins; nieces Juanita Foster, Ella Thompson, Teretha Wardell, Wilma Clinton, Audrey Nell Baker, Janice Walker, Fairy Daughtery, Brenda Brumfield, Marsha Marks, Deidra James, Vicki Parks, Regina Houff; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
