Timothy Allen Holmes, born April 22, 1960, to Earnest Holmes and Versie Holmes in Texarkana, Texas departed from this world on April 12, 2023.

An unwavering believer, Timothy accepted Christ at an early age and remained a steadfast member of St. John Baptist Church thoughout his life.

In Addition to his professonal and religious pursuits, Timothy was a loving family memeber and friend. His warm spirit, caring nature, and genuine

kindness touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Timothy was a truly remarkable soul he was charismatic and with firm

presence,and dedication to his family . As a selfless person he served as a pillar of support and backbone for his family. Timothy was a dedicated

hard worker at Pilgrims Chicken Plant.

Timothy was proceded in death by his close friend Barbara McDuffie, two daughters, Stephanie (Steven) Matlock of Texarkana, and Shelia Reader of Texarkana,

TX. Those left to honor and cherish his memories include twelve brothers Byron Holmes of Columbia, MO, Mark Holmes of Texarkana, TX, David Thomas of Texarkana,

Tx, Phillip Thomas of Texarkana, TX, Troy Thompson of Memphis, TN, Keith Thompson of Dallas, TX, Mike Holmes (decease); Kenneth Holmes (decease); Jerry Holmes

(decease); Greg Holmes (desease). One sister Eleanor Thompson of Amarillo, TX ,eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.

As we mourn the loss of a beloved father, brother, colleague and friend, we also celebrate the memories that he leaves behind. His memory will forever

be cherished by those fortunate enough to have known him.
