Winda Lee Walters passed away on May 4, 2024 at the Retreat at Kenwood of Texarkana, Texas.

She was born June 26, 1954 to Carl Young and Ella Haynes in Texarkana, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her father; mother; twin sister, Glenda Bell; one son, Derrick Young; and one daughter, Shaniqry Young Dickey.

Winda leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Eric Young (Stamps, AR) and Edwin Young and Stacy Young (both of Texarkana, TX); one daughter, Felicia Young (Texarkana, TX); two sisters, Carolyn Newton and Brenda Hill (both of Texarkana, TX); four grandchildren, Jameshia Paden and Edwin Young Jr. (both of Dallas, TX) and Destiny Young and Isaiah Lloyd (both of Texarkana, TX); several great-grandchildren; and a special nephew, Odrell Young.
