When Jesus Christ resurrected Lazarus to life right here on earth, that was a guarantee of a future when all those in the memorial tombs will also be resurrected to life right here on earth, and his family was so happy. John 5:28, John 11:11-45, Acts 24:15 We are blessed with such Scriptures as Psalms 37:11: "But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." I'm so happy that my bigmomma chose to share her tea cake recipe with me a few years ago. I remember we used to line up waiting for them to come out of the oven, mouth watering! There were NEVER enough, but she made sure that every household got some. That was her 'way'. I'm glad my fianceĢ got the opportunity to get to know her, but I wish she could have seen the wedding. Our last visit at bigmomma's house made all three of us laugh out loud cause Al was about to leave and she halted him in his tracks and reminded him that she just know he wasn't gonna walk outta her house without kissing her! Threw him off, but he knew to back up and give her the kiss she wanted. I smile about that day. I will always smile before the tears fall. Miss you Big momma!
