Obituary of Girlene Cooper

Girlene Cooper, 64, of Texarkana, Texas, departed this life January 20, 2013 at a local hospital. She was affiliated with Red Springs Baptist Church. Several loved ones preceded her death: her parents, Larna Mae and Cornelius Cooper; three brothers, Conwade Cooper, Cornell Cooper, and Troy Cooper; and one sister, Laurene Gowans. To cherish her memory, she leaves two daughters, Sharozerlene Cooper of Carpenterville, Illinois and Shenell (Dewayne) Carson of Texarkana, Texas; two brothers, Roy (Dorothy) Cooper of Chicago, Illinois, and Londell Cooper of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two sisters, Valma Spizner of Carpenterville, Illinois and Otha Cooper of Texarkana, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Ty'Jonquie Cooper and Malik Webster of Carpenterville, Illinois and Davonta Vaughn, Tarveyion Cooper, and Shataviona Reddick of Texarkan, Texas; two special friends, Henry Manning and Donna Akkrad of Texarkana, Texas; and other relatives and friends.
