Obituary of Ethel Oliver

Ethel B Oliver, 91, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Oliver was a lifelong Texarkana resident and a member of Newtown Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Leon Oliver; one daughter, Shirley Oliver; and her parents, Marshall and Lula Birl. To cherish her memory, she leaves one son Eddie L. Oliver of Texarkana, Texas; three daughters, Velma Oliver, Faye Price, and Evelyn Butler--all of Texarkana, Texas; two brothers, Roosevelt Birl and Lawrence Birl--both of Los Angeles, California; three sisters, Ruby Birl, Trudie Germany (Phillip), and Emma Cannon--all of Los Angeles, California; three grandchildren, Victor Butler of Texarkana, Texas, Conrad Butler of Northlake, Texas, and Porsche Green of Washington, DC; one great-grandchild, Kendall Butler of Texarkana, Texas; and other relatives and friends.
