Stories are precious. Laronda shared some "mom" ones with me when we worked together at The Clarion-Ledger in Jackson, MS. Those stories always made me smile, laugh. They enriched my life. So, I light a memorial candle in honor of all the stories one life can generate and touch ... sometimes without even realizing it.
