Obituary of Andrew Harris

Andrew S. Harris, IV, 43, departed this life Monday, May 27, 2013 at a local hospital. Mr. Harris was a CNA, and he was predeceased by his father, Andrew S. Harris and three sisters: Barbara Crawford, Andrea L. Harris, and Shirley King. He is survived by four sons: Dezmond Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas, Da'Shawn Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas, Jacolbi Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Mickey Fezell of Dallas, Texas; two daughters: Mariah Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas and Peyton Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas; three adopted children: Monica Ross, Samuel Ross, and Marquez Ross; his mother: Arthur Jean Harris of Texarkana, Arkansas; six brothers: Jackie Hervey of Texarkana, Arkansas, Terry Hervey, Sr. (Jo) of Texarkana, Arkansas, Ray Hervey (Monica) of Texarkana, Arkansas, Michael Hervey (Laquisha) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Michael Harris, III (Renae) of Wichita, Kansas, and Andrew S. Harris, III (Denise) of Wichita, Kansas; eight sisters: Gail Williams of Texarkana, Arkansas, Jacqueline Paxton of Texarkana, Arkansas, Andrea Harris Coleman (James) of Texarkana, Arkansas, Brenda Harris People of Texarkana, Arkansas, Patricia Harris Irving of Texarkana, Texas, Shari Ware (Randy) of Southfield, Michigan, Audra Harris of Wichita, Kansas, and Kelley Fisher (Terry) of Wichita, Kansas; two aunts: Josephine Bamphus of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Betty Walker of Texarkana, Arkansas; four special friends, Erica Allen of Texarkana, Arkansas, Mark Peoples, James Paxton, and Louise Nash; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Harris' visitation will be 5 p.m.-7 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2013, at Richardson Hill Funeral Home; his funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Lonoke Baptist Church. His final resting place will be at Rondo Memorial Cemetery in Rondo, Arkansas.
