Minnie Royster, 69, of DeKalb, Texas, departed this life Monday, November 4, 2013 in Texarkana, Texas.
Mrs. Royster was born in DeKalb, Texas on November 24, 1943.
She was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church of DeKalb, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Christopher John Royster; her parents: Mozell Murry and Charles Clayborn Lewis; one brother: Earnest Murry; and three sisters: Velma (Carl, who is still living in Carlsbad, New Mexico) Beachum, Alberta (Billy Joe) Wines, and Erma Jean Murry..
She is survived by five daughters: Karen (Kevin) Dansby of Las Vegas, Nevada, Phyllis (Ray) Lavoll of New Boston, Texas, Joyce Lewis of New Boston, Texas, Debbie Royster of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Kimiya Love of Hooks, Texas; one brother: Clifton (Sharon) Murry of Texarkana, Texas; three sisters: Bettye Henry, Mary Cooper, Verdell (Marvin) Gray--all of DeKalb, Texas; fourteen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
