Donnell Ray, 54, of Texarkana, Texas died Sunday, December 18, 2011 in Texas City, Texas.
Mr. Ray has worked for D&W Packing and Dykes Lumber.
His parents, Anice and Bernice Ray, four brothers, and three sisters preceded him in death.
To cherish his memory, he leaves his wife, Christine Meadows Ray; three sons, Donnell "Nike" Meadows (Tonya), Gregory "Kojak" Ray (Darcey) of Nebraska, and Donnell Sanders; three daughters, Christie Renee Meadows, Chantia "Shannon" Meadows, and Jacqueline Sanders--all of Texarkana, Texas; three brothers, Roy Dunn, Harold Brown, and Tommy Ray--all of Texarkana, Texas; four sisters, Ollie Jean Ford of Camden, Arkansas, Vernice Ray, Melba Wright, and Debra Rembert--of Texarkana, Texas; fifteen
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend, Shirley Ann Nelson.
