Bro. John "Billy" Edward Richard was born July 27, 1949 to Eddie Richard & Ella Mae Richard in Foreman, Arkansas. He was a member of Emmanuel C.O.G.I.C. in Ashdown, Arkansas under the pastorate of Eddie Williams. He was a retired construction worker. Billy was known as a very loving, caring and a fun to be around person. He was a man of many talents and the "Fix-It Man" for many people. Billy always had a smile on his face. He had a heart of gold and a smile that will be greatly missed. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie & Ella Mae Richard; brothers, Ural Harris, Cartry Lee Glover, Velton Lee Richard, Robert Lee Richard, and Jessie Lee Richard; and one sister, Lizzie Calloway.
