Vaughan Stafford Newton, 29, of Shreveport, La., died Thursday, April 24, 2014, in Shreveport, La.
Mr. Newton was born Aug. 25, 1984, in Texarkana, Texas.
Survivors include his parents, Cynthia and Kenneth Davis and Jimmy and Jewel Reed; his grandparents, Wilma Mitchell, Ruthie and Columbus Coleman and Mary Lee Reed; and a number of other relatives.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Kenneth Ellis officiating under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home.
