Obituary of Jo Ann Holloway

Jo Ann Holloway, 60, of New Boston, Texas, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Minden, Louisiana. Ms. Holloway was born May 7, 1954, in New Boston. She was a certified nurses aide and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, LaToya and Vince Brown of Spring, Texas; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Nathaniel and Bernetta Gooden of Pensacola, Fla., and Jackie Thompson of New Boston; four sisters, Becky Carey, Delois Ivery and Janice Thompson of Texarkana and Jeanette Tappin of Little Rock; one grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church, New Boston, with the Rev. C.D. Walker officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
