Obituary of Robert Conners

Robert Lee Conners, 56, of Texarkana, Texas, departed this life Saturday, July 26, 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Conner was born July 17, 1958, in Lewisville, Ark. He was an automobile dealer and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Dahilia Stanley Conner of Texarkana; one son, Robert Conner Jr. of Dallas; four daughters, Tameka Kelley, Shalondra Daniels, Tiffany Conner and Shontrice Danials of Texarkana; four brothers, Willie Conner and William Conner of Dallas, Leo Grant Jr. of Kansas City and Leon Haynes of Ashdown, Ark.; four sisters, Tracey Lewis of El Dorado, Ark., Lorretta Conner of Lewisville, Ark., and Harietta Anderson and Theresa Roberson of Dallas; 20 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Richardson Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Von Derick Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Wise Cemetery, Lewisville. Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
