Obituary of Belinda Steward

Belinda K. Steward, 49, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 in a local hospital. Ms. Steward was born October 4, 1964, in Texarkana. Survivors include three sons, Kristopher Steward, Kamahia Steward, and Kendrick Steward of Texarkana; three daughters, Karmesha Reece, Kimberly Burns, and Katrisha Steward of Texarkana; her father and stepmother, Charles Sr. and Claudia Steward of Flint, Mich.; five brothers, Charles Steward Jr. of Tyler, Texas, Jeffery Steward of Texarkana, James Steward of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Brandon Steward and Earnest Steward of Flint, Mich.; one sister, Twilette Hardin of Garland, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton Memorial AME Church with the Rev. Donnie Dudley officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. The body may be viewed noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
