For the family of Sister Bobbie Hughes, God has added another angelic voice, that of Sister Bobbie Hughes, to his celestial choir. “Because of our Father’s “Amazing Grace,” the family can rest assured that your loved one has “Go(ne) up a Yonder.” When Sister Bobbie ascended into heaven, she sang, “Precious Lord,” followed by God’s choir singing, “We’ve Come This Far by Faith,” for "His Eye Is on the Sparrow." Jessie Ray and family, you can be consoled for in her last moments, Sister Bobbie was whispering, “Pass Me Not Oh Gentle Savior” and “Oh Happy Day” because she knew that “Softly and Tenderly Jesus (Was) Calling.” Growing up in St. James Baptist Church, I anxiously awaited hearing Sister Bobbie sing with the Choral Club and the Missionettes. What great memories! We can rejoice because she is now singing, “God Will Take Care of You” as she “Walk(s) Around Heaven All Day.” “Peace Be Still,” Carolyn Floyd-Biddle and Family Sugar Land, TX
