Ossie Neal, 82, of Texarkana, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, in a local hospital. Mr. Neal was born April 24, 1929, in Wilton, Ark. He was a retired warehouse supervisor, member of Trinity Full Gospel Missionary Baptist Church, where he was an usher, and a Navy veteran. Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Willie Calvin and Erma Britt of Texarkana; one sister, Carrie Swain of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Bouldware Temple COGIC with Elder Calvin Solomon officiating. Burial will be in Cook Cemetery, Wilton, Ark., under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home.
