Mr. Rayford Charles Cannon 90, of Texarkana,Texas passed away on November 6, 2016. He was retired from Ward Davis Lumber Company and the U.S. Army. He leaves to cherish his memories: Three Sons: David L. Moore, Victor R. Burns, Mark A. Burns, Four Daughters: Sandra Cannon Williams, Virginia E. Cotton, Patricia A. LaCombe, Eva M. Hopkins, Fourteen Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
