Mr. Charley Turner 74, of Texarkana passed away on December 29, 2016 in a local hospital. He leaves to cherish his memories Brothers: Robert Lee Gray, Charles Gary Turner, Sisters: Barbara Jean Scott-Walker, Mary Louise Dockery (Abraham) Sons: Martinez Turner, Patrick Turner, Kevin Williams, Charles Williams, Lamont Williams, Daughters: Patricia Turner, Felecia Turner, Alicia Turner Ellis, Nikki Williams, Rosalyn Murphy, Step-Children: Anthony Young, Janice McClung, Cathy McCreary, Billy Young, Brother-in-laws: Virgil Young, Abraham Dockery, Thirteen Grandchildren, and a host of other friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Louise Turner.
