Elder J.C. Otis Collins 63, passed away on January 9, 2017 in a local hospital. He leaves to cherish his memories Wife: Reka Collins, Daughter: Maureya Cheatham, Five Brothers: Leon Collins, Jerry Collins, Ricky Collins, Larry Collins, Jeffrey Collins, Four Sisters: Carolyn Maxwell, Beverly Collins, LaDawn Spates, Eloise Henderson, Two Step Brothers: Kervin and Gilbert Burton, One Step Sister: Margaret Reader, Three Grandchildren and a host of other friends and relatives. He is preceded in death by his son Jamaal R. Collins, his parents Cellie Lee Daniels Collins, JC Collins, and his brother Tony Collins.
