Clifton Sims, 68, of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012, in a local hospital.
Mr. Sims was affiliated with the Bouldware Temple in Texarkana, Arkansas. And he was a concrete contractor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton Sims, Sr. and Mary H. Sims.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Sims, of Dallas, Texas; two sons, Clifton D. Bishop of Texarkana, Texas and Cleveland (Connie) Sims of Wake Village, Texas; three daughters, LaWanda Sims of Dallas, Texas, Clora Sims of Dallas, Texas, and Angela Matthews-Webb of Little Rock, Arkansas; three brothers, Cleveland Sims of Texarkana, Arkansas, Richard (Valivean) Sims of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Sam Sims of Texarkana, Arkansas; three sisters, Rosie Johnson of Texarkana, Texas, Maggie (James) Thomas of Texarkana, Texas, and Margie (Steve) Golston of Texarkana, Texas; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
