Johnny Lee Howard, Jr., 63, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, December 11, 2010, in a local hospital.
Mr. Howard was affiliated with the Ministries of Faith Ministries. He was a Vietnam War Veteran, a Mason, and a former Red River Army Depot employee.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, one daughter, two step-daughters, three brothers, one sister, and one special niece, one special nephew, and five grandchildren.
