Obituary of Charles Rigsby

Rev. Charles Lee Rigsby, 89, of Texarkana, Texas, died March 9, 2011 at his home. Rev. Rigsby was a retired steel worker and Pastor of New Zion Baptist Church. He was a member of the Baptist Ministers Association. He left to cherish his memory: his wife, two sons, one daughter-in-law, two daughters, one son-in-law, twenty grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, twenty-six great-great grandchildren, and numerous relatives and friends. The wake will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, March 18, 2011 at Richardson Hill Funeral Home, and the funeral will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Mt. Grove Baptist Church, 2801 Arkansas Boulevard, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854, 870-772-9883. Rev. Reginald Reid will deliver the eulogy.
