Lee Ethel "Deanie" Banks, 61, of Texarkana, Texas, departed this life on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Banks was born March 15, 1950 in McNeil, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Lee Verdia and Leroy Bailey. Survivors include her husband, J.C. Banks of Texarkana, Texas; three daughters, Donna Marie Banks and Veronica Banks-Wingfield of Texarkana, Texas and Donna Delores Banks-Mothershed of Little Rock, Arkansas; one son, Roy Banks of Texarkana, Texas; two sisters, Melba Ellis of Texarkana, Texas and Winnie Talley of McNeil, Arkansas; one brother, William Hunter, Jr. of Detroit, Michigan; eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a number of other relatives.
