He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Bailey as well as his father and mother,1 sister, and 2 brothers. Mr. Bailey attended service at the Church Under the Bridge.
He leaves to cherish his memories:
1 Son: Earl Latham of Texarkana TX.
3 Daughters: Pamela A. Carr, Ashley D. Nash, & Santana N. Smith, all of Texarkana TX.
3 Sisters: Dorothy W. Bailey of Detroit, MI. Erma Terry, and Bobby Reed of Texarkana TX.
As well as a host of many other relatives and friends.
