Herman Vaughn was born March 19, 1947 to the parentage of Sam and Berdell Vaughn in Bonita, Louisiana. He was a member of the New Town Baptist Church and he was employed as a laborer.
Herman passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 in Texarkana, Texas at the age of seventy-one. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Nathaniel Vaughn. He leaves to cherish his memories:
