Theodore Wesley Robinson 64, died on November 14, 2018 in Texarkana, TX. He was born on July 02, 1954 to the parentage of Catherine Robinson and the late Hollis Larry Sr. He was a member of the Newtown Baptist Church. He retired from the RRAD, and was an Army Veteran.
