Chester Levels, 34, of Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Levels was born August 24, 1977 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was affiliated with the Church on the Rock; a cook at Copeland's; and in the Inkville Body Art Tattoo Studio's Club. To cherish his memory, he leaves his wife, Tiffany Newsome of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sons, Khadaffi Levels of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Chester Levels, Jr. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; four daughters, London Levels of Texarkana, Arkansas, Kimari Levels of Texarkana, Arkansas, Kimia Winston of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Ariana Howard of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his mother, Tanya Dowell of Texarkana, Arkansas; two brothers, Reggie Keith of Texarkana, Arkansas and Brent Smith of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and other very special relatives and friends.
