Obituary of James Frederick Kelley

James Frederick Kelly, 69 years of age, was born on October 10, 1951 in Texarkana, Arkansas to the parentage of the late Mr. William Kelley and Isabelle Staggers. He passed away on August 2, 2020 in Benton, Arkansas. Mr.Kelley retired from Cooper Tire Rubber Plant where he was a tire builder. He is proceeded in death by his wife: Sarah Jean Kelley, one son: Pago Kelley, one brother: Roosevelt Kelley and three sisters: Mary Dade, Hazel Kelley, and Wilma McKindra.

He leaves to cherish his memories: 

2 Sons: Elbert Kelley of Texarkana, Ar and Geary Butler of Hot Springs, AR.

2 Daughters: Thurayya Bailey of Dallas, TX and Labrisha Kelley of Texarkana, AR

1 Brother: Harold Kelley of Oakland, CA

18 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nehews, and other relatives and friends.
