Arthur B Witcher 71 born Febuary 25, 1945 in Texarkana, TX to the parentage of Fairdell and Pervie Wicher. Mr Witcher passed away on November 19, 2020 in Texarkana, TX he was a member of MT. Zion Baptist Church and also served in the US Army and was a disabled vet. he is proceeded in death by both of his parents.1 Brother Archie Witcher, and 6 Sisters Zedia Lane, Ethel Barnes, Amerlen Wishmon, Everlyn Wishmon, Betty Hunte and Wanda Block.
