Johnny Malone, 52, of Hooks, Texas, passed away Monday, October 1, 2012 at a local hospital. He was a Chemical Specialist in the Industrial Industry. He was born April 5, 1960 in Texarkana, Texas to the late A.V. Gill and Annie Malone. To cherish his memory he leaves three sons, Wayne Malone of Texarkana, Texas, Steven Malone of North Dakota, and Joshua (Roberta) Malone of North Dakota; his mother, Annie Malone of Texarkana, Texas; three brothers, David Malone of Hooks, Texas, Macie Malone of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Lonzo Ivory of Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Shelia Kay Smith of Dallas, Texas and Lannie Ann Honeycutt of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren, Janessa Bailey, Amiya Malone, and Jamari Malone; three aunts, Gertrude Henderson, Betty Franklin, and Teenie Williams; and many other relatives and friends. Mr. Malone's visitation will be Friday, October 5, 2012 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. His funeral will be 2:00 p.m. at Red Bank Baptist Church in Hooks, Texas. Rev. Reginald Reid will officiate the service. He will be laid to rest at the Red Bank Cemetery in Hooks, Texas under the direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home.
