Roddie Witzasky Haley Sr, fifty-seven, was born on December 06, 1964 in Texarkana, Texas. He departed this earthly life on February 17, 2022 at Wadley Hospital. Mr. Haley was a Professional Sprinter for the Arkansas Razorback Track & Field and Cross Country. He was the 2016 Arkansas Sports Hall of Honor Inductee who was recognized for being a 3-time NCAA Champion, 9-time All-American, 6-time SWC Champion and UA 400m record holder (44.48). Mr. Haley will be missed beyond measure.
