Mrs.Martha Ellen McDonald 79 of Hooks, Texas departed this life on October 12,2022. Martha was born to the parentage of Mr. Raymond Tackett and Mrs. Gertrude Oliver. Martha attended and graduated from Pleasant Plain High School in Pleasant Plain, Arkansas. She loved her family dearly and asbsolutely treasured and adored her grandchildren whom she played a big role in raising and instilling values of honesty and intergrity in each one of them. Mrs. McDonald loved her sidekick, and best pal Sally her Pitbull whom she could not do without. Her hobbies were fishing, camping, gardening,grilling, playing dominos and cards as well as enjoying one of her favorite beverages an ice-cold Keystone Light in the comfort of her home. Mrs McDonald married Mr. Charles McDonald and birthed 3 children with him 2 beautiful daughters and 1 handsome son, then she later married Mr. Troy Moore whom she spent many wonderful years with then finally divorced but later rekindled the relashionship again. Mrs. Martha realized that if you love something set it free, and if it comes back to you it was meant to be so she never remarried again after Troy. Mrs. McDonald is preceded in death by both of her husbands but leaves to cherish her memories 2 daughters Tina McDonald and Loura McDonald both of Hooks, Texas, 1 son Charles McDonald of Wakevillage, Texas, 1 brother Floyd Tackett of Batesville, Arkansas, 1 sister Wanda Evridge of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas, 6 Grandchildren, 9 Great- Grandchildren and Sally her Pitbull. Mrs Martha will be truly missed from this world but never forgotten because she will live on in our hearts and minds.
