Legacy of Life, Love and Devotion


On March 14, 1950 Mickey Yvonne Keele was born to the late Floyd Keele and Willie Pearl Burks. Mickey attended Jamison Elementary and she was a proud graduate of Dunbar High School Class of ‘68. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother (Darren Smith), and 1 Sister (Joyce Wilder), and her Husband and Best Friend Arthur "Fox" Witcher


She accepted Christ at a very young age and was a baptized and faithful member of Mount Zion First Missionary Baptist Church where she was Mission President and Youth Director for many years. She was very active in the Zion District Christian Association where she was the Director of the Young People Department, an instructor in the S.A. Stuckey Youth Convention, a recipient of the Eva Walker Award. She was the Director of East End Fellowship and Pageant Program Coordinator for Zion District.


Mickey was the founder and CEO of Coulter/Witcher Enterprise.







On March 26, 1982, She married the love of her life Arthur “Fox” Witcher. She leaves to cherish her memory:

7-Daughters: Jamiske Coulter, LaKeisha(Mike) Witcher, Shameka Ewings, Shanika White and Sherelle White Flenory and Loretta Ray all of Texarkana, Texas. LaToya Witcher of Austin, Texas.


3 Sons: Jarvis(Yolanda) Coulter, Daqualius Wrightner, Josh Ray both of Texarkana, Texas


1 GodDaughter- Renita Brown of Texarkana, Texas



15 Grandchildren

12 Great-Grandchildren
