To the loved ones of Bobbie Williams:
Although we did not have the privilege of knowing Sister Williams in this system, we sincerely hope to meet her under far better conditions to exist in paradise. (Rev. 21:4) We pray that Jehovah's promises, which we know cannot fail, will support and strengthen each of you until you are reunited with her in the not-too-distant future.
